- Healthcare Placements
Placement Information
Medical placements are available to qualified and student applicants (completed 2nd year as a minimum), studying medicine or nursing.
Volunteer Role
Your volunteer activities will focus on health centres/hospitals and community healthcare operations. Alongside the local staff team, you will work in primary healthcare, community healthcare and delivering training/workshops to staff.
- Allied Healthcare Professions Placements
Placement Information
Placements are available to qualified and student applicants (completed 2nd year as a minimum), studying any allied profession.
Volunteer Role
You will volunteer in the local community. There is a specific need for physiotherapists in Kenya and occupational therapists and social workers in Tanzania.
- Trades Persons
Placement Information
Placements are available to qualified trades people for as little as two weeks.
Volunteer Role
There is a specific need for carpenters and roofers in Tanzania and Kenya.
